Thanks to the Techsprint, weenlo was able to implement its tool with two major partners: La Poste and DS Smith.
This pilot project demonstrated our solution’s ability to create synergies between distinct operations, without requiring any changes to the organization or information systems.

Gamification of pre-sales with our serious game.
In partnership with IMT Atlantique, Weenlo has designed an immersive serious game featuring its digital twin.
Three sessions were held with the Institut du Commerce during the last quarter of 2024, bringing together around twenty participants. This innovative approach is revolutionizing pre-sales by allowing companies to experience the power and versatility of our solution’s use cases in a fun and hands-on way.
Improvement of the user journey
As part of our ongoing optimization efforts, we collaborated with Affordance, an agency specialized in UX, to further simplify the onboarding experience of our solution.
This initiative is currently continuing with the development of guided user journeys.
Market Sprint with HEC Innovation
With HEC Innovation, we were able to refine our value proposition. This program helps us better align with market expectations and accelerate the targeting of qualified leads.
To conclude
Techsprint was a rewarding experience, allowing us to work on all the key aspects of Weenlo’s development: technology, sales, marketing, and more. This acceleration is enabling us to approach 2025 with ambition, having already signed several new clients at the start of the year.
On March 5th, we had the opportunity to review this second edition of the program alongside all our partners.
